Looks ok to me, with the condition that AS pilots are noobs. Obviously, condition was not met.

I know. It's surprising you won when you were down by 1. 
Elo is still being worked on. It has been said it will take weeks, not days to collect the data they need to adjust it.
That being said, your team seemed to stay together and focused fire. If a team with good players don't work together they will still lose. I don't see this as 'We had more assault mechs so of course we won'.

Some of those damage totals for the assaults on the winning team are a little low... But dear gods, your opponents must have been drunk! A ******** chimp could do better than that.

Can't be as bad as the weight composition I had in a game (sorry no screenshot, I got my desktop instead of the window)... consisted of on my team 1 med, 4 assaults, 3 heavies. The other team consisted of 1 heavy, 4 lights, 3 mediums. I was amazed it matched the two teams like that. Should be seeing changes within a patch or two, it has been confirmed that a min/max difference is being added.
